This process explains how to print a report that will display the stock figures as at the specified stock take date, the stock take count figures and the variation in quantity and value between the two. The current stock figures will also be displayed. Please note: The stock completion report, being a summary of stock counted does not usually agree with the stocktake variation report (summary). These two reports are not meant to match. The Stock Take Variations Standard Report lists only stock where there are quantity variances, whereas the Stock Take Completion lists all the stock on the cards.  Also, if freezing stock, you should use the Stock Take Variations Frozen Stock Report rather than the Standard report.  To print a report that will display the stock figures as at the specified stock take date, the stock take count figures and the variation in quantity and value between the two, perform the following: Note: The current stock figures are also displayed. 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Inventory Management' then 'Stock Control' then 'Stock Take' then 'Stock Variation Report' then 'Standard Report' . 2.
