The  Bad Gift Vouchers  option allows you to type a record of bad Gift Vouchers into ProStix. These records are used by the system to warn operators when receiving payment in the form of a bad voucher at Point of Sale.  This can only occur for vouchers that have been defined to be numbered.  Refer to  Define Tender Types (Points/Gift Cards etc)  for further information.   To record  a record of bad Gift Vouchers into ProStix. , perform the following. 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Point of Sale'  then  'File   Maintenance '   then  ' Bad Gift Vouchers ' . 2. The 'Bad Gift Vouchers' screen lists bad Gift Vouchers that have been previously defined. 3.  To add a bad Gift Voucher record , select <F6> then type the required gift voucher number. 4.  To change a bad Gift Voucher record , locate the required gift voucher number then select <F7>.  Type the required changes then select <F1>. 5.  To delete a bad Gift Voucher record , locate the required gift voucher number, then select <F5>.
