The Mail Box via the Express Menu is designed to enable users to send and receive internal mail between themselves and also to receive any system generated internal mail. This is all possible to do without the need to leave the program you were in when initiating the <F10> Express Menu.    To access the Mail Box program, perform the following: 1. Select ' Mail Box'  from the ' <F10> Express Menu' . 2. The Mail Box options are displayed:
