To maintain the dictionaries, perform the following: 1. Click on one of the icons in the 'Dictionaries' box, labelled 'Divisions', 'Cost Centres', 'Types', 'Sub Types' and 'Instances'. 2. From here, you can maintain each table (which is a level in the structure), using the add, edit and delete buttons which are located just above the main window when you have selected a dictionary to maintain.  3. The reporting dictionaries (types, subtypes and instances) can be used more than once.
