An asset can only be deleted if it is sold or scrapped prior to the start of the current financial year. To delete selected asset/s, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu , select ' General Ledger ' then ' Asset Register ', then ' Asset Maintenance '. 2.  If required, select  the relevant company from the  'Select Company'  screen.  3.  From the 'Options' menu search for, then select the relevant asset. 4. S elect option ' Delete '. 5. Type either 'Yes' or 'No' as appropriate to the message below: 'Are you sure you want to delete this asset...'
