To report on the pack information in the system using four different methods, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' Inventory Management ' then ' Reporting ' then ' Pack Reporting '. The first screen displays a list of the reports that can be produced: Select the required option by using the and keys or start typing the first few letters of the option to load it automatically. Packs In Stock By Product This option prints the pack information for those packs with the status specified for a selected branch and product range. Packs Input Summary This option prints a packs input summary report for those packs with the status specified for a selected branch and date range. Packs Numbers Report This option prints packs either in stock or in transit for a selected branch and pack type. Pack Specification Report This option prints pack specifications for a selected branch and for packs with the nominated status and can be used to locate packs that contain a specified piece of timber. Pack Availability Report This report lists packs in stock by branch, specie, product number and length. It rolls all products of a specific code up according to their pack types and lengths for fixed. Used Packs Report by Supplier This option prints packs that have been used between a specified date range by a selected branch and is sorted by supplier and product number.
