| <span style="color: #003366">**ANSWER:**</span> | To close an old partly receipted purchase order, perform the following:<br><span style="color: #333333">1. From the </span>**<span style="color: #333333">ProStix Main Menu</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> select '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">Purchasing and Receipting' </span>**<span style="color: #333333">then '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">Stock Receipting'.</span>**<br><span style="color: #000000">2.</span> From the **'Receipting Options'** select a Purchase Order then select **'Open/Close Order'**.<br>3. From the **'Open/Close'** screen, select **<F9>** to close all lines, then select **<F1>**<br>> Macro (nested-table)<br>4. A message appears 'Status Change is Complete'. Press any key to continue. |
