To enquire on changes that have been made to certain fields in the Customer Master File such as changes to name, address, principal, account type, discount group, credit limit, credit age and credit status fields, perform the following: Note:  The audit also logs any records that have been added or deleted from the Customer Master File and any changes that have been made to the aged balance breakdown for a customer. 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Security'  then  'Audit Log Enquiries'  then  'Customer Maintenance' . 2. The screen prompts for the ranges to include in the enquiry. Refer to the 'Customer Maintenance Audit Log' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. You are prompted with your printing/viewing options. 4. The screen displays: 5. Selecting <Enter> allows you to drill down into an entry in the log for further information.
