In the case where some sites may not have been running the data capture for that long, it is possible to manually enter the historical data in the same way that budgets and forecasts are entered. The type of historical data being entered includes sales and stock data sourced from stock valuation reports and sales analysis reports. To enter historical data, perform the following: 1. E nsure the date records have been generated into the KPI storage tables, then f rom the ProStix Main Menu select 'System Administration' then ' Performance Analysis' then 'Create KPI Calendar '. 2. Type the date range that you wish to capture data for. Refer to Create a KPI Calendar for further information. This generates an end of month record for all the data types for the months nominated. 3. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'System Administration' then Útilities' then 'Run a Program' . 4. Type sysukpiact.p into the ' Which Program? ' field. Refer to the 'KPI Actual Value Maintenance' collapsible link below for a screenshot and an explanation of the options. 5. Upon completion, select to exit.
