As each month's data is captured, the system will create an entry for the required month into the KPI calendar, however to enable entry of budget and forecast values for future months, you need to first create the month records using the  Create KPI Calendar  option.   To create a KPI Calendar, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  ' Performance Analysis'  then  'Create KPI Calendar' . 2. You are then presented with a 'KPI Data Generation' screen.  Refer to the 'KPI Data Generation' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3.  This generates an end of month record for all the data types for the months nominated.
