The KPI extraction and storage development provides a scheduled task that can be setup to capture snapshots of data from your system and store those figures to provide an ongoing trend analysis of your business. The task could be scheduled to run multiple times through the day, daily, weekly or monthly depending on your preference, however as the data is captured at a month level it is suggested that it run at least on the last day of every month to provide useful trending.  Budgets & Forecasts can also be entered for the KPI data captured.    The values being stored for each month includes: With the above data the types of analysis possible include: For those businesses utilising the Query tool for reporting, a standard query report has been created to analyse/report the KPI data. The above graph samples are sourced from the query.
