| <span style="color: #003366">**PROBLEM:**</span> | Scheduled queries are not running therefore reports are not being produced. |
| <span style="color: #003366">**CAUSE:**</span> | The NuVu Query service is not running. |
| <span style="color: #003366">**SOLUTION:**</span> | The solution to the above problem is to:<br><span style="color: #333333">1. Go to the server that is hosting the NuVu Query application. </span><br><span style="color: #333333">2. Check the '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">NuvSchedServer_default.log</span>**<span style="color: #333333">' under </span>**<span style="color: #333333">c:\Prostix\Query\log</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> (or NuvSchedServer_default_yyyymmdd.log under c:\Prostix\Query\log). </span><br><span style="color: #333333">3. If log files are absent or have only a few lines for recent dates, then you may need to restart the scheduled service. </span>To do this, select **Start**, then **Administrative Tools** then **Services, **then** **highlight '**NuVu Query Service**'.<br>i. If the **Status** is **blank** then click '**Start the service**'.<br>ii. If the **Status** is '**Started**' then click '**Restart the service**'. |
