This process explains how to maintain the Hazardous Goods information for a Product. To set up Hazardous Goods codes, refer to  Hazardous Goods Codes  in the  System Administration User Guide . When setup, you can then select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Reporting'  then  'Product Listings'  then  'Dangerous Goods Listing'  to print a report of dangerous goods held on site for provision to emergency service organisations. Also, if the System Tailoring Flag  'HazMatDets'  is set to  'yes' , then when a delivery docket is printed and the sale has a product with a Dangerous Goods Code, the contents of hazardous goods  are output  (via ' Inventory   Management ' then  'Product Maintenance'  then   'More Data'  (after selecting the product) then  'Hazardous Goods' ) with the delivery docket to a text file to produce as manifest that can travel with the goods on the truck in case of accident or spillage. To set up and/or maintain Hazardous Goods for a selected Product, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Product Maintenance'  then  'Select Product'  then  after selecting the product, choose  'More Data'  then  'Hazardous Goods' 2.
