This process explains how to print a report listing all of the adjustments that have been made to stock. Stock adjustments can be made on a daily basis from a number of sources. Production facilities could be depleting stock to manufacture other items, kit products may be being assembled or disassembled, stocktakes could be being applied, or the adjustments may come from users manually adjusting stock figures. A branch manager should be well aware of the stock control impacts of each of these activities but most importantly be well aware of the impact, cost and security implications of manual adjustments. Running the Stock Adjustment Report provides the facility to enquire on each of these types of adjustments. Check the report to ensure all adjustments seem valid and that the associated paperwork as been signed and filed to support the adjustments. Understand the associated cost of the stock adjustments and their impact on a branch profit/loss figure. To print a report listing all of the adjustments that have been made to stock, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Inventory Management' then 'Stock Adjustment' then 'Stock Adjustment Report' . 2. You are then prompted with your printing/viewing options.
