To setup and maintain company information , perform the following: 1.  From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'System Set-up'  then ' Define Companies' . 2. Select ' Company Maintenance ' from the Options menu. 3 .  To create a new company , perform the following: i. Type a Company No. then select <enter>. Select ' Yes ' to create a new company. Note : The company no. must be unique.  ii.  Complete the fields on the 'Company Name & Address' screen as required. iii.  Select your tab or enter key to scroll through the fields until the 'Accounts Receivable' screen displays. Refer to  Accounts Receivable Setup  for further information. 4.  To change an existing company , perform the following: i. Select <F3> to search, or type the 2 digit Company Number into the 'Company No.' field. ii. As appropriate, update the fields on the 'Company Name & Address' screen. 5.  To delete a company , first select the company in  'Define Companies'  then use the <F5> type to delete. A second <F5> is required to confirm the deletion.
