The  Flags (Yes/No)  option allows you to create and maintain the  Miscellaneous Flags  table. This table contains a number of flags used in many programs throughout ProStix to enable you to select an alternate way of running certain areas of the system according to your specific business needs. These flags have a value of either  'yes'  or ' no '. Setting this value determines whether or not a feature of ProStix is turned on. Refer to  ProStix Tailoring and Configuration Flags  for an explanation of the current system Miscellaneous Flags. To maintain Miscellaneous Flags, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu   select  'System Administration'   then  'Configuration'   then  'Tailoring Options'  then  'Flags (Yes/No)'. 2. To  add  a new flag to the table, s elect <F6> (Add), then complete the following fields: 3. To  modify  an existing flag, select the required flag and <F7> (Change). i. You are permitted to change the  Description  and the  Y/N  fields. ii. If you need to change the  Code  for any reason (For example, it may have been mis-spelt the flag has to be deleted and re-added), type the required changes to the current data, then select <F1>. 4. To  delete  a flag, s elect the required flag and <F5>  (Delete). Select <F5> to confirm. The flag is deleted. 5. The miscellaneous flags may be  printed  after selecting <F8>  and selecting the required print option. 6.
