To streamline the way ProStix works for your business set up, there are a host of features that can be determined by setting flags, values and codes. The Flags (Yes/No) option allows you to create and maintain the miscellaneous flags table. The Values - Integers (Yes/No) option allows you to create and maintain the default integer values. The Values - Decimals (Yes/No) option allows you to create and maintain the default decimal values. The Codes - Characters (Yes/No) option allows you to create and maintain various character default values. The table contains a number of flags used in many programs throughout the system to enable you to select an alternate way of running certain areas of the system according to your specific business needs. These flags have a value of either ' yes ' or ' no ' and setting this value will determine whether or not a feature of ProStix is turned on, To maintain ProStix Tailoring Options via flags, values and codes, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'System Administration' then 'Configuration' then 'Tailoring Options' . 2. The Options screen lists the available tailoring options. Refer to the 'Tailoring Options' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3.
