This option allows you to type in codes for an action that may be taken in certain situations. For example, a generic statement that will be printed on all letters to customers that have exceeded their credit limit. To define standard action codes, perform the following. 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Configuration'  then  'Miscellaneous Tables'  then  'Standard Action Codes' . 2. When you select this option, you are presented with a 'Standard Action Codes' screen with the following fields. 3. From this screen you may perform tasks such as <F6> (Add), <F7> (Change) and <F5> (Delete).
