This option allows you define the physical locations used to store non-shelf stock products. These locations are called Stock Source Codes and will print on the picking list to enable staff to locate the stock. The Stock Source table is used in the Point of Sale and Sales Order Processing programs where the user is prompted for a stock source code if the product being sold is not flagged as shelf stock in the Product Master File. That is. the Stock Data field Shelf Stock is set to  'no'. To define the physical locations used to store non-shelf stock products, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Configuration'  then  'Miscellaneous Tables'  then  'Stock Source' . 2. When you select this option, you are presented with a 'Stock Source' screen with the following fields. 3. From this screen you may perform tasks such as <F6> (Add), <F7> (Change) and <F5> (Delete).
