This option allows you to  create and maintain a list of insurance companies This table is used in at the  Point of Sale  when an insurance sale is processed as an account sale. The insurance company becomes the debtor with a reference made to the claimant who takes possession of the goods at POS. For example, NRMA – Mr J Brown. To create and maintain a list of insurance companies, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Configuration'  then  'Miscellaneous Tables'  then  'Insurance Co.'. 2. When you select this option you are presented with a 'Insurance Co.'screen with the following fields: 3.  From this screen you may perform tasks such as <F6> (Add), <F7> (Change) and <F5> (Delete).
