A lot is a specific batch of an item that you receive and store in your organisation. Lot control is a technique for enforcing the use of lot numbers during material transactions, thus enabling the tracking of batches of items throughout their movement in and out of inventory. FeatureLOT enables you to establish lot control for specific items in your organisation. You can perform Lot Material M2 Conversion only if you have activated FeatureLOT . Please contact Sterland Computing if you wish to use this feature. To perform material conversion of lot controlled products sheet veneers, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu then select 'Inventory Management' then 'Stock Adjustment' then 'Material Conversion' then [select stocking branch] then 'Lot Material M2 Conversion' . 2. The 'Lot Material M2 Conversion' screen prompts you to nominate the product to convert. Refer to the ' Lot Material M2 Conversion ' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. When you have completed all the fields, select . 4. The 'Material Conversion Value' screen shows the values of the Stock Used, Stock Produced and Wastage. Enter the Labour Cost, then select to proceed to General Ledger Stock Adjustment. 5.
