This process explains how to change the Stocking/Selling Unit of Measure for a selected Product throughout your database. To  change the Stocking/Selling Unit of Measure for a selected Product throughout your database, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Product Maintenance'  then  'Select Product' ,  then after selecting the product, choose  'More Data'  then  'Change Stocking UOM' . 2. You are then presented with a screen that shows the current stocking UOM with a field to type the new stocking UOM. After typing in the new stocking UOM, you are prompted to enter the conversion factor for the new UOM. The stock on hand at each branch must be divisible by this number. Refer to the 'Change Stocking UOM' collapsible link below for a screenshot of these options: 3. You are then prompted with the following options to change the stocking UOM throughout the database: 4. Type  'yes'  or  'no'  to each of the questions and then select <F1> then <F1> one more time to confirm the change.
