This page provides information and links to processes to define additional information for your product setup. To  define additional information for your product setup, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Product Maintenance'  then  'Select Product' . You are presented with a screen with a data entry field for the product code. 2. You have the flexibility to select products based on the actual product code, alternate codes, supplier catalogue numbers, product barcodes or supplier barcodes. The ability to enter a partial code is also available. 3. After entering the required code, select <F1>. If an exact product match has been found then the Product Options screen appears for the product code entered. 4. If an exact match is not found, then products beginning with the code entered are displayed, allowing the user to select the desired product from the list provided. The hierarchy by which these codes are searched is as follows: 5. As mentioned above, ProStix firstly searches for a product code match. To continue the search you may select the <F8> (Continue Search) function key. 6. After creating a new product or selecting an existing product using the 'Find by Name' or 'Number'. the following options allow you to perform a variety of functions on a product.
