The reports include information such as the job and delivery number, the work centre completion date, the quantity and the unit of measure. They also display the costs for timber, consumables, labour, overheads, cartage and other miscellaneous items, plus on costs such as labour, manufacturing and detailing. A total cost and total sell is then calculated and displayed. If a variation report is requested, the information displayed on the report is less detailed.  For example, the quoted costs of material, labour and other miscellaneous items are listed and compared to the actual costs for the same.  A variance of the two is displayed for each job.   To print various production reports that also evaluate costs and compare them with the sell for manufactured jobs, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select   'Production Scheduling'  then  'Job   Reporting ' then  'Production Reports' . 2. The first screen lists the reports that can be generated from this option.
