| **QUESTION:** | PUR: How do I remove incorrect consignment stock? |
| **ANSWER:** | To remove an incorrect consignment stock, perform the following:
1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select** 'Purchasing & Receipting'** then **'Consignment Stock'** then **'Return Consignment Stock'**.
2. In the** 'New Return'** screen select on the **'Order No.'** then to search or type in the** 'Supplier No.'** then select .

3. From the **'Reason for Claim' **screen, select the required reason code.
4. In the **'Shipping Details'** screen type the required information, then select .

5. Enter the **'Product Details'** then press then from the** 'Options Menu'** select **'Apply to Stock' **then from the** 'Return to Supplier' **screen enter the required information and press .
