This option allows you to report on the number of quotes that have been prepared by a sales rep and accepted by the customer. It includes the: To  report on the number of quotes that have been prepared by a sales rep and accepted by the customer, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' Sales Analysis ' then ' Sales by Sales Rep ' then ' Quotes by Sales Rep '. The next screen prompts for the ranges to include in the report: You are prompted with your printing/viewing options. The  'Undefined Category'  in  'Quotes by Sales Rep by Category'  represents the Job Category Defined in the Job Tables  ('System Administration'  then  'Configuration'  then  'Miscellaneous Tables'),  entered in  'Sales Order Processing'  then  'Job Processing'  then  'Delivery Details'  then  'Job Category'  field.
