The KPI extraction and storage feature allows for a scheduled task to be run either every day or on the last day of every month that captures snapshots of certain data values from your database for a number of KPI components and stores the monthly figures for reporting and analysis purposes.  Budgets and Forecasts can also be entered for the KPI data captured. The types of analysis possible include; Debtor Days Stock Days Stock Turns Inventory to Budget Sales to Budget etc As each month's data is captured, the system will create an entry for the required month into the KPI calendar, however to enable entry of budget and forecast values for future month, you need to create the month records using the  Create KPI Calendar  option.   To create a KPI Calendar, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  ' Performance Analysis'  then  'Create KPI Calendar' . 2. You are then presented with a 'KPI Data Generation' screen.  Refer to the 'KPI Data Generation' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options:
