Goal: This option allows you to maintain diary notes associated with a shipment. Steps: 1. From the 'Main Menu' select options - 'Purchasing & Receipting' - 'Import Purchasing' - 'Shipment Maintenance'. Shipment   Number :  key the shipment number, or <F3> to search, or <F6> for a new consignment then choose menu option 'Diary Notes'. You can <F3> search for shipments by shipment number, bill of lading, booking number, mark number, shipping line, name of vessel, supplier and product. 2. Alternatively, you can access a shipment via one of the purchase orders associated with it. From the 'Main Menu' select options - 'Purchasing & Receipting' - 'Purchase Order Processing' - [select purchase order] - 'Importing' - 'Import Shipping Maintenance' - 'Diary Notes'. 3. Use <F6> to add a new diary note. Review:   You can now: Maintain the diary notes associated with a shipment.
