Goal: Ports of Loading and arrival can be maintained using this option. They can then be selected when creating shipments by keying the first few characters of the port's name.  The ports of loading and arrival are used in combination with the shipping line to setup default container costs in option - 'Purchasing & Receipting' - 'Import Purchasing' - 'Container Costs'. Steps: From the ' Main Menu ' select options - ' System Administration ' - ' Configuration ' - ' Miscellaneous Tables ' - ' Import Data ' - ' Ports '. The list of  Ports  can be edited using the standard <F5> Delete, <F6> Add and <F7> Change facilities. Note: any deletion will require a secondary <F5> to confirm deletion or any other key to cancel deletion. Review:   You can now: Define ports of destination and arrival.
