This process explains how to import supplier product files into ProStix. Supplier product files can be imported into ProStix provided you have pre-defined the relationship between the format in which the supplier information has been presented to you and the way in which ProStix EPC uses this information, you can re-use that format whenever updates are received. The designing of the format is carried out with the use of the Import Utility. See Setting up EPC in the reference Manual for more details. The import can be carried out as part of a Scheduled Import or as a user-initiated import from menu option 'EPC File Import'. To import supplier product files into ProStix, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Electronic Trade Module'  then  'Supplier Interface'  then  'EPC File Import' . 2. Refer to the 'EPC File Import' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. While the data is being imported, a message will appear in the function bar. When the import is complete, the following message appears:   'Your Import has completed'.  4. If any errors in the data file prevent the file from being successfully imported, a message is displayed to screen detailing the type of error and the line number and position within the file where the error was identified.
