Commit to Stock Scheduled Task When a timber product has been produced by the Pack Label Print / Milling System, it will need to be committed to stock on a periodic basis. This is to allow users the possibility to delete a pack record if it was created in error prior to it being committed to stock.  A new task has been created which can be run at specified intervals during the day to commit any created packs to stock.  The Task for this new task is: The scheduled job runs through all packs that were created prior to the current time minus 1 hour. This is to ensure that all packs created can be deleted in an adequate time period if the pack was accidentally created in error.  It processes packs that meet this timing criteria and also have their pack status set to 'T'. Implementation Considerations Progress AppServer is required and is used to handle requests between the User Interface and the Progress database and any business logic that resides within ProStix.
