These report formats remain in the system, in numerical sequence by report number until they are deleted.  You can use a maximum of thirteen (13) columns, printing on standard 132 column paper. However, if you only have an eighty (80) column printer, you can only produce reports with a maximum of six (6) columns.  Refer to  Report Writer (General Ledger)  for further information.
