Goal: This option is only applicable if you are running the ProStix Rewards Program (FeatureRew). It allows you to view rewards points transactions for the selected customer and to enquire on their shareholding.    Steps: Rewards Enquiry The screen displays the customer's current reward points balance and lists any reward points transactions for them, including the date, whether points were used or earned, the transaction number, how many points were involved, and the type of transaction that caused the points change.    1. Pressing <Enter> on a transaction allows you to drill-down to its details, e.g. if the transaction is a Sale or Credit/Refund, the system will open an invoice enquiry screen.  Note : Transaction drill down will not apply to adjustment type transactions.  Share Balance:   This option will display the number of shares that the selected customer has. The relevant reward program will also be displayed.    Program:  Refers to the rewards program the customer is on.  Share Balance:  Refers to the number of shares that the customer currently has for that rewards program.  Inactive Deposit:  This amount refers to any share distribution amount that is still sitting in the customer's account where the customer has now been made inactive.  Date Approved:  Refers to the date that the customer was approved as a shareholder.
