Staff members can be issued with a pad of dockets with barcodes printed on them; then whenever a staff member helps a customer during a sale they can issue them with a docket from the pad. This docket can then be scanned at the register when the sale is done through the till. Alternatively, the salesperson’s number can be typed in, or found via lookup. This way each line of the sale is recorded against the salesperson who assisted the customer and can optionally be used to pay commission. This report has sort options by Branch or Rep, and can be run to the screen or printed. Setup To use this report, there are two flags at branch level: ' POS Assisted Cash Sales ' & ' POS Assisted Account Sales ' which need to be set to 'yes' to enable the pop-up ' Assisted By ' box when products are added or changed. Report To view the Sales Assisted by Sales Rep report, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' Sales Analysis ' then ' Sales by Sales Rep ' then ' Sales Assisted by Sales Rep '. The next screen prompts for the ranges to include in the report: You are prompted with your printing/viewing options.
