This option allows you to create and maintain email addresses by linking them to a particular entity. To  create and maintain email addresses by linking them to a particular entity, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Electronic Trade Module'  then  'ETM Output Control'  then  'E-Addresses by Entity' . 2. If you left the 'Entity' field blank, a list of all the existing entity email addresses appears and you need to select <F6> to  Add  a new record. However, if the system is unable to find any entity e-mail records, it automatically goes into add mode. 3. It is not possible to  Change  the actual e-address details for a particular entity through the entity e-address option. To do this you need to go to the  E-Addresses  option. The only part of an Entity E-Address record that you are permitted to modify once created is the 'Primary' e-address field.  To change this field, type in the required entity (for more information on how to select an entity see above).  From the list of e-addresses displayed on the screen that follows, highlight the required record and select <F7>. Make the change as required and select <F1> to update. 4. To  Delete  an e-address for a particular entity, type in the required entity (for more information on how to select an entity see above).  From the list of e-addresses displayed on the screen that follows, highlight the required record and select <F5>.
