If after loading the GMROI Enquiry/Report program, you select the option to enquire on GMROI to 'Screen' as opposed to printing a report, the options available are as follows: What GMROI level do you want to enquire upon, with Major Group being the highest level and Product being the lowest? If you select any of the options 1-3 you are still able to drill down from the enquiry screen, through the different levels. (ithat is, Major Group, down to Product Group, then Sub-Group and finally Product Number). Major Group GMROI Enquiry and <F8> Print Option This is the highest level at which you can enquire on GMROI. The selection screen has the following fields: The remaining fields cannot be accessed for this particular enquiry option. The enquiry screen is displayed according to your selections. From this screen you can print a hard copy of the information displayed by selecting <F8> (Print), or drill down to the product groups within the selected major group, then down to the sub-groups and finally the products if required. However, please note, the GMROI tolerance selected in the enquiry, is not reflected in any drill downs to lower levels. The tolerance range only applies to the initial enquiry selection. Product Group GMROI Enquiry and <F8> Print Optio n This is the second highest level at which you can enquire on GMROI. The selection screen has the following fields: The remaining fields cannot be accessed for this particular enquiry option. The enquiry screen is displayed according to your selections. From this screen you can print a hard copy of the information displayed by selecting <F8> (Print), or drill down to the product groups within the selected major group, then down to the sub-groups and finally the products if required. However, please note, the GMROI tolerance selected in the enquiry, is not reflected in any drill downs to lower levels. The tolerance range only applies to the initial enquiry selection.   Product GMROI Enquiry This is the lowest level at which you can enquire on GMROI. The selection screen has the following fields: The remaining fields cannot be accessed for this particular enquiry option. The enquiry screen is displayed according to your selections. From this screen you can select <Enter> on a selected product to drill down to the product enquiry information screen if required. Select one of the enquiry options or <F4> to go back to the product GMROI enquiry screen.
