The  Unlock a batch  option allows you to release a batch that may have been locked due to a power failure or to a computer system error.   To unlock a batch that may have been locked due to a power failure or computer system error, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Utilities'  then  ' Unlock a Batch ' . 2. The 'Unlock Batches' screen prompts for the company number and the module that the batch was created in. Refer to the 'Unlock Batches' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3.
