Once you have defined the required  columns  on the report, you need to define the rows.  To define the rows, perform the following: 1. Select <F9> (Rows). The first screen has the following fields: 2. To c hange  a Row, perform the following: i. Use the arrow keys to highlight the required line number ii. Select <F7> (Change) then make the required changes iii. Press <F1> to accept the screen. 3. To d elete  a Row , perform the following: i. Use the arrow keys to highlight the required line number. ii. Select <F5> (Delete) 4. To  renumber  Rows, perform the following: i. After creating a report format, you may find it necessary to renumber the rows/lines in the report. If you need to add new lines between existing lines and there is not enough space available between these lines to do so:  ii. Select <F8> (Renumber) 5. When all the columns and rows have been defined for the report, select <F4> (Exit) to go back to the Reports menu.
