The  Job Completions  option allows you to flag a job delivery as being completed. If your Production Scheduling system is interfacing with Job Processing (SOP), the Job Order is released on completion of a job delivery.     To complete a job, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu  select 'Production Scheduling' then 'Job Processing' then  'Job Completions' . 2. Refer to the collapsible links for screenshots and an explanation of these options: 3. Once the date is entered and you select <F1> you are prompted as follows:   'Do you want to complete all work centres?'   i. If ' No ' you are prompted to select which work centres to complete before releasing the order.  If 'Yes' then all work centres are completed automatically and the release process continues. ii. Once the job has been selected and the relevant work centres completed, you are presented with the order release screen. iii. Enter the required details and select <F1 >to complete. iv. As part of the release process you may be presented with the value of the job and any amounts that have been invoiced or paid in relation to the job with any unallocated amounts displayed. v. Select the space bar to continue releasing the order or select <F4> to cancel and recheck the order. vi. If you choose to continue with the release the job will be invoiced to the customer's account.
