To maintain the Chain of Custody Schemes, perform the following:.  1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Inventory Management' then 'Product Maintenance' then 'Timber Maintenance' then 'Maintain Tables' then 'Certification'. 2. The 'Timber Certification Scheme' screen is displayed. You are presented with a list of existing entries, or are placed in 'Add mode' if no entries exist. 3. Use the <F5> (Delete), <F6> (Add) and <F7> (Change) to maintain the table. Use the <F2> (Comment) key to view the second screen of comment information. 4. When you have finished typing this information, a second screen labelled 'Comments' is presented to you. 5. To make the comment lines more flexible (as far as mapping is concerned) they are fixed width fields; this enables lines to be mapped to different page positions if required. Each of the 3 comment lines allows a maximum of 56 characters per line.  6. Delivery Dockets & Invoices with customer required certified timber items print the timber certification schemes' annotation symbols. This is done via NuVu printing so the annotation symbols can be displayed in superscript. Each Order where the customer required certified timber prints the supplied timber scheme logos and timber scheme comment lines at the end of the stationery document.
