This process explains how to maintain Stock Requisitions.    Once the Requisitions have been  created , each branch is able to maintain Stock Requisition details such as order quantity, due-date, supplier and the ability to nominate the detail line as an urgent order.  To maintain Stock Requisitions, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Purchasing & Receipting' then 'Stock Re-Ordering' then 'CPF Requisition Maintenance'. 2. The 'Stock Requisition Maintenance' screen displays all Stock Requisitions that have not been  locked  by the Central Purchasing Facility. This screen has all browse functions and displays all Stock Requisitions that have been generated for the selected branch only. 3. If you are set up to be 'Multi Branch' capable, select <F4> to be taken back to the header of the Maintenance screen to switch branches if required. 4. If the ' InvCpfPref ' flag is set to 'yes', the supplier field defaults to the preferred supplier for that product and may not be changed. If the ' InvCpfPref ' flag is set to 'no', the supplier field does not contain a value (as the supplier with the best price is determined at the consolidation stage); if the user overrides the price when this flag is set to 'no', they have to enter a supplier into this field. 5. If the flag ' InvCpfPref ' is set to 'yes' , when a product is added to a requisition, it uses the preferred supplier from the branch or product master records (product master used when branch is blank) to determine where the requisition creation, maintenance, and consolidation gets the supplier for the product. 6. Refer to the following table for an explanation of the options. 7. Maintenance of Stock Requisitions is the final task required of the branches. 8. The next option is selected by the purchasing branch to  lock  all active requisitions, preventing any further maintenance from being performed or to  unlock previously locked requisitions.
