The last option on the Warehouse/Location Control screen is to print a CrossDock (Central Distribution) Comparison report.    One concept of a Central Distribution Facility is a cross dock where  no  stock is held for more than a day, that is, the warehouse floor is clear at the end of every day.    This report produces a comparison of the stock that has come in and the stock that has been despatched. If these stock figures are not equal, floor stock exists. Management can then determine why.  The first screen allows you to select the CDF branch and the date to report on: The report prints the product group, the product code and description, the quantity in and the quantity out for the selected branch on the given date.
