A shipping manifest is a document that accompanies the delivery person so stock can be organised on the delivery vehicle by drop. A manifest can only be created using the larger ProStix menu. 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'Inventory Management' then Stock Control' then 'Location Control (CDF/CPF)' then 'Shipping Manifests'. 2. The first screen either allows you to generate a new manifest or to add a drop to an existing manifest: The following are examples of errors that can be generated when creating a manifest: 3. Once the manifest has been completed, you are prompted to confirm the creation of the shipping manifest. 4. Once you have confirmed the creation of the manifest, a list of the picked products that reside in the despatch location, waiting to be delivered to the selected branch is displayed. 5. You can either select products to include in the drop by using the spacebar or use the <F12> option, Select All to select all of the displayed products to include in this drop. 6. When all the required products have been selected, type <F1> to complete the creation of the drop. Once this has been done, the Shipping Manifest screen is displayed so you can create further drops, if required. 7. To exit the program, select <F4>. You will be prompted to print the manifest. 8. If you choose not to print the manifest, it is possible to print the manifest at a later time or add to the manifest by typing this manifest reference.
