As mentioned, the AI Engine is sends its logs via the unix mail command to [MailAccount]. The subject of the 2 emails (success or failure) is formatted as follows: Success: Subject: 1231-1310: swai for live Successful Failure: Subject: 1231-0945: Error in swai for live  An email alert is sent every [SyncInterval], so it doesn't take very long for the number of emails to build up, particularly if [SyncInterval] is 5 minutes – that's 12 emails an hour, typically 14 hours worth from 5am to 7pm, is 168 emails per day! We suggest that you create two sub-folders under your Inbox, such as: Inbox\DR Success Inbox\DR Failure Then create 2 rules (outlook client or otherwise), where: Then, if you are using Microsoft Outlook, you can see from the sample below, you can see at a quick glance that there have been 6 failures & 306 successful cycles:  Inbox DR Failure (6) DR Success (306) Mark them all as read once you've corrected any issues, so that any future failures are highlighted (the blue 6 in brackets in outlook indicates unread emails). Do this by right-clicking on the folder, and then select 'Mark All as Read'. Setup an auto-archive, at least on the DR Success folder, as they will quickly accumulate into the hundreds & then thousands.
