Requisition Enquiry via the Purchase Order When in the Purchase Order Header details, the option to view any existing Stock Requisitions linked to that Purchase Order is available from the Options List.When this option is selected, a screen appears displaying any products that exist on the Stock Requisition.  Requisition Enquiry via Stock Enquiry When in  'Inventory Management'  then  'Stock Enquiry',  the option to view any existing Stock Requisitions for the currently selected product is available. After selecting the Product you would like to perform a Stock Enquiry on, select the Transactions from the list of Options. When this option is selected, a screen appears allowing you to select the Requisitions option.  When this option is selected, a screen displays, allowing you to view the current status of the requisition.  Linked Orders on Requisitions This report allows you to view any linked Sales Orders on Requisitions.  1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Stock Control'  then  'Location Control (CDF/CPF)'  then  'Reports'  then  'Linked Orders on Requisitions'  report.  2. When this option is selected a screen appears prompting you to enter a Purchase Order number to report on that contains the Requisition.  3. The report contains the following information:  Requisitions On Order   There is a report to allow you to view any Requisitions on Order (that have not yet had Purchase Orders generated for them).  1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Stock Control'  then  'Location Control (CDF/CPF)'  then  ' Requisitions on Order'. 2. The report has selection criteria of  Branch  &  Date  range. It can be sorted in Date Order.  3. The Report contains the following information:  Audit Log Enquiries - Requisition Maintenance  This option allows you to report on any maintenance that users have performed on a Requisition. To enable this feature, you will need to set the Audit Log Enquiry to be active. 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Security'  then  'Audit Log Controls'.   2. Once in this screen, you need to arrow down to the option and select <F7> to set the  Active  field to  'yes',  the Audit Log Enquiry is then ready to be used. 3. To view this report, select from the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Security'  then  'Audit Log Enquiries'  then  'Requisition Maintenance'.   4. All the other fields on this screen are not available.
