ProStix has a facility to schedule the export of data in the form of predefined comma separated files that can be imported into the external Rebate Management Database. The data output is comma delimited. A single daily task is to be created to enable these data output files to be created within a specified directory path for the external Rebate Management System to pick up. The export is for all companies and branches within ProStix.  To provide similar functional control within ProStix over extracts as exists with the BI integration module, minor tailoring is available so that either the whole table or data from a specific date can be extracted for each predefined export file. For each table, the following fields may be maintained: Should a problem occur with the export of data to these csv files the start date can be changed for the transactional data exports next scheduled run.
