Pre-conditions: To track reward point activity by customer, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Accounts Receivable'  then  'Customer Rewards'  then  'Rewards Transaction Enquiry'.   2. You are then prompted to choose a company and are then presented with a screen with the following selection fields: You are then presented with a screen listing the rewards transactions for the customer. 4. Highlight a transaction and select <Enter>. The system provides a drill-down to the details of the enquiry. The enquiry contains the following fields:
