To adjust customer reward points balances to correct any imbalance, perform the following: Pre-conditions:  1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Accounts Receivable'  then  'Customer Rewards'  then  'Adjust Rewards Points'. 2. You are then presented with a screen with the following fields: If points (or amounts) are being adjusted between two different rewards programs, the points conversion rates on each must be the same, otherwise the adjustment is not allowed. Business Rules:   Account DR CR Rewards Point Control 100 Nominated G/L account or Reward Point Control (if user nominated a customer account) 100
