To record the stock produced in the production of the Factory Work Order (FWO), perform the following:  1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Factory Order Processing'  then  'Factory Order Maintenance'. 2. Type the number of the FWO you require or <F3> to search. 3. From the options menu on the right side of the screen, select the option, 'Stock Produced'. 4. Type the  Work Station  id and the  Date Processed . The Work Station id defaults from the system device and the Date Processed defaults to today. 5. You are presented with a selection screen to allow for the input of pack stock or other products, or to import pack data from an ASCII file.  6. Pack Stock Produced. Select 'Pack Stock' and you are presented with a screen where you can type the product code and warehouse location. You can use <F3> to search on these fields. 7. You are presented with a browser for input of pack numbers, product codes and tallies. Packs can be added or deleted before committal. When a pack is added a tally entry screen allows for entry of either fixed or random length packs. 8. Select <F4> to undo the transaction or <F8> (Finished) to commit the stock to the work order; the program then does the following: 9. Other   Stock   Produced . Select 'Other Stock' and you are presented with a browser for the input of products which can be added or deleted before committal. On entry of a product code the system displays the product description and quantity produced. If a timber product is entered then a tally entry screen allows the entry of stick lengths. 10. Stock   Produced   File   Import . The format of the import file and program process are yet to be defined.
