To record the stock used in the production of the Factory Work Order (FWO), perform the following:  1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Factory Order Processing'  then  'Factory Order Maintenance'. 2. Type the number of the FWO you require or <F3> to search. 3. From the options menu on the right side of the screen, select the option, 'Stock Used'. 4. Type  the  Work   Station  id and the  Date   Processed . The Work Station id defaults from the system device and the Date Processed defaults to today. 5. You are presented with a selection screen to allow for the input of pack stock or other products. 6.  Pack Stock Used . Select 'Pack Stock' and you are presented with a browser for input of pack numbers. Packs can be added or deleted before committal. On entry of the pack number, the system displays the pack data - branch, pieces, length, total linear and cubic metres and pack date. 7. Select <F4> to undo the transaction or <F8> (Finished) to commit the stock to the work order; the program then does the following: 8.  Other Stock Used . Select 'Other Stock' and you are presented with a browser for input of products which can be added or deleted before committal. On entry of a product code the system displays the product description and quantity used. If a timber product is entered then a tally screen allows for the entry of stick lengths. 9. Select <F4> to undo the transaction or <F8> (Finished) to commit the stock to the work order; the program then does the following:
